Symphonic work
Although my experience covers all musical genres, it is in the Classical and Symphonic style score where I have perfected my profession and dedication.
Classical Music requires and demands the highest level in musical notation, since it is in it where its complexity borders on the limits of demand in the so-called Musical Language.
General Scores (Conductor), Parts (individual of each instrumentalist of the Orchestra), Scores of Piano and Chamber Music, Vocal and Choral scores, abbreviated scores and Lead Sheet, Tablature, etc.
Copyst
The process of copying Classical Music can be tedious and requires a concentrated attention to every detail, since any note or incorrect sign can negatively alter its sound reproduction. Formerly it was necessary both for the diffusion of the general work, as well as for the extraction of the individual parts of each instrumental set. Currently, the most used use is to “modernize” or give a digital format to previous editions (Re-engraving).
From manuscript
Copying from an original manuscript is perhaps the assignment that requires the most work and dedication. But in turn, the one that offers the greatest satisfaction for its final result. The transformation and the great difference in finishing, makes the copyist so proud and compensates for the many hours invested, As well as the fact of contributing to the birth of the first printed edition of a composer’s work.
In the Works menu you will find a list of the works of Classical and Symphonic Music that I have had the pleasure and dedication of copying and editing.
In the Examples menu you will find samples (of different styles) of projects in which I have worked.
